Up for Manager this year in D. Being offered Manager role in Accenture. Are these roles parallel? Also like D does accenture have SCs or people move directly from consultant to Manager?

I have two offer , one offer is from Infosys and package is 16 + 1.25(JB) and role is lead data analyst - data science (Bangalore location) and other offer is from Latent view and package is 18 and role assistant manager and location is Chennai.

Which one should I choose?

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

I feel like I’m burning out and really need a vacation. I was thinking of taking 2 weeks at end of August/beginning of sept (aka taking advantage of Labor Day) to go to Asia... I just rolled cont...
