I got into woodworking a year ago and it’s been an amazing hobby to let myself get lost in some nights. I suggest finding a hobby you can do at night or on the weekend.
I have to lift weights or I get wound tighter and tighter. I’ve learned over the years to channel my stress to that.

Sounds corny, but I’ve found it to be unbelievable effective. Mindfulness. Listen to binaural beats while meditating or doing yoga.
Walk, walk then walk. Listen to Wayne Dyer then The Last Lecture. Yes, the lecture is long but while going they painful divorce it helped me find peace
