Trend after FY is over😅

I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

My husband joined mine. If you’re planning to start a family, definitely get on one plan.
We review it each year to see what makes sense. My husband is on his company plan because it's 100% covered for ee only, but he rarely uses it, so he has an HDHP with an HSA. The kids and I are on my plan with my company covering much of it so we choose a PPO plan with FSA. We have the best of both worlds.

I find “start a family” to be inaccurate. You already have a family.
You are looking to have children. THAT would be the better way of putting it, because “starting a family” is disrespectful to people who either can’t have children or choose not to.
After all, people who don’t have children have families too, just like everyone else.
So yeah…the proper and appropriate phrase would be “If you chose to have children…”

Thanks everyone!
