Which is better, considering compensation to be almost similar

I’m creating comp benchmarks to make a case to leadership that we need to increase our base pay band for an associate position we’re hiring (I am currently a manager at a tech startup). Would love it if people who recently got an offer from a tech company in the corporate strategy / BizOps team could comment their base offer and YOE (ideally looking for 1-3 YOE comps) and the company. I want to fight to pay my associate more!! Thanks all

Interested in working in PE, but experiences align more with the Ops side (3 YOE in strategic value creation). Is there a significant difference in total comp potential between ops and investments roles? Not sure how to make a case to break into investments with minimal DD experience, so thinking about Ops recruitment (Associate). Would also be grateful to learn about potential strategies non-DD focused consultants have used to ultimately break into investment teams.

Current Assurance associate at PwC, was offered an M&A consulting role at Deloitte. PwC is trying to get me to transition to CMAAS instead. Salary is the same. From a reputation standpoint which offer is better
