A product manager with 8+ years experience, what should I negotiate for the salary?

I'm new to the industry and this is my first corporate job. Been working as a BI analyst for about 2.5 years and I roughly make $80k.
I'm having a hard time trying to gauge how much should I be making, or if I speak to my manager about increasing compensation how much to ask for so I won't sound absurd.
Do you all have any tips on this or are there any tools that I can use to accurately gauge how on average much I should be earning?

The base is not changing much for me. I am Senior Managing Consultant at IBM.

Never saw IBM giving 10% bonus for last 10 years anyway. But heard Accenture gives 15K roughly to SM.

Tried to negotiate but Accenture is not willing to change base. They added 10K in RSU and Joining to make 40 each.

What firms are known for having less travel requirements? Made the promo to manager and found out my comp is 30k-50k less than what I see other people making with the same YOE at other firms, but I don't want to jump to a M-Th travel role.

I just got promoted this month at Accenture to Data Science Manager. I’m in Chicago. My base salary is 155k. Is that fair within Accenture standards? Would jumping to somewhere else get me more? If so, where? I don’t want to move out of Chicago.

I just found out that the most senior SEO specialist at my company ( technically SEO Manager title ) is making barely 6 figures. Am I crazy or is that unbelievably low?
