Salary, location, and specific level (M1, M2, etc.) for a Manager in Tech Assurance/IT Audit?

Considering a move to industry. Have worked 5 years in consulting. Interviewing currently at the Director /VP level at banks and wondering what the base + salary + age range is.

Any input on a Design Director salary at a good sized shop? Need a base range.
