Got an offer from a startup for a Process chemistry, RA 2 position in San Francisco. Base salary is 91k, 10% bonus with 10k sign on bonus. Currently making 75k with 10%bonus in Boston at Sanofi. How do others deal with CDs who constantly leave you hanging? I’m paired semi-frequently with a CD to lead work and they’re often MIA for meetings and client presentations with zero notice beforehand or apology afterwards. It’s rude and obvious that my accounts aren’t a priority for them. And then at the most inconvenient times, they jump in with opinions that are completely at odds with the direction I’ve given. Is there a tactful way to bring this up?
