What are the Big 4? Discussions

Big 4 VAT Senior from South America looking to relocate to the US or Europe (no expertise with other tax countries). How hard it would be? I'm willing to accept an entry level position in VAT, TAX or Audit.

Friends, I am working as Cyber Security Consultant in big 4 doing repetitive config work in shitty UK shift (no social life). Would I be able to switch to product based company or am I stuck in this forever. I feel so lost. This was definitely not part of my plan. Don’t know how just got stuck in this since 2.5 years.

Is MBA worth it for me? Currently make $162k as a SA 2 at big 4 with 4 YOE. If I make manager next year, base should be close to $200k. Only reason to get MBA is for the social/networking and to make new friends. Plus, I could get it sponsored from my company if I get into top 10 schools. Are the 1 year programs good?

Is CPA and working in Big 4 audit a good way to get into a top MBA program? What would having a CPA MBA set you up for?

I’m a 29 year old guy working with a Big 4 firm in Manhattan looking for a place in Midtown, Hudson Yards, Hell’s Kitchen and adjoining areas. Thinking of using these as a method to breakout and then eventually going MBA route later on down the road. 1 YOE at Big 4 risk advisory, Engineering and Economics undergrad at top 50 University with 3.75 GPA if that matters at all.

Manager at a big 4 or SC 2 at Capco India? Same compensation.

I know Capco's SC 2 compensation is somewhat similar to manager comp at Big 4.
But career wise is it logical to choose capco?

I work in audit and it has been only 8 months. My Plan is to move to advisory as I like traveling and I believe I like consulting and advisory! Can 8 months of experience at PwC help me to get advisory position at other big 4 firms?

Gotas 3 job offers, (1) senior consultant at a big 4 in the life sciences and Healthcare team in Duabi, (2) senior consultant at TMT strategy boutique and (3) manager at an investment banking that want to develop an M&S practice (develop a sales strategy, find clients, and coordinate with all team - currently they do all but M&A. Beside money, is very similar in all tree, and both industries interest me and like them. Any suggestions how to take a decision thinking in a long term?

Quitting B4 audit for boutique tech consulting. Very excited about the new position and it's a 50% raise. However, I feel guilty leaving my team in the middle of our audit engagement (tried to push my start date back but couldn't) because they're genuinely some of the nicest people I've met and worked with.
