However, I feel like I should go to school which I currently am but definitely can’t do a full-time at both.. thoughts, thank you

Hi fishes,
Need some advice.
I'm on a team of 25ppl.
There is one member in my team who takes all the limelight though he works the same as me.
He points out each and everything to the manager and tries to stay in her good books.
I feel my manager doesn't understand the efforts I put just because I refused to go to office for a span of 3 weeks.

Also I'm starting to feel this bcoz many ppl in my team got appreciation and reward points.
But I didn't receive any appreciation nor any rewards.

I took this job to give accounting another shot, been here just about a year, and I’m ultimately finding myself just as unfulfilled (but better paid) as my last role and absolutely hating Quarter-End close. If I’m looking for consistent WLB (40-45 hrs, no travel) what are my options? I don’t want to sell myself short and pursue IA due to the unfulfilling aspect but all the while I’m lost.

Anyone in PE/VC, what is a good way to describe a manager that “creates” deals instead of “sourcing” them? The client wants to differentiate itself without using cliche wording that is in a lot of pitch books. Not happy in my current role. Projects have been canceled or postponed left and right, I’m not getting to do the work that I was hired for. Been here for nearly a year now and have little work to show for it. Talking to management doesn’t help, I essentially get told to “hang tight”.

I want to jump, but how do I explain my situation to a potential employer? Is it OK to just rely on book pieces from previous gigs?

Feeling stuck.

My job will be onboarding/assisting new clients in our platform. I’ve had 6 yrs of tech support and customer success management experience, but as a 100% onboarding role I am looking for resources on how to build/develop an Onboarding program and team.
I know it’s a vague ask, but any websites, books, creators or accounts that would be helpful to get my creative juices flowing would be so appreciated. Thx!
