Anyone interview recently with Deloitte? What was the process like? How was the case interview and behavioral etc? Any tips and tricks help, thanks!

I have just scheduled a final round interview for a design strategist role (my first two interviews were behavioral with two potential teammates and then the team lead). I was told I will be doing an “immersive” design sprint with several team members as my final interview. I have been doing as much research as possible but I still don’t really know what to expect with this? Anyone have any tips?

Just bombed my interview and I feel wretched😞. Was expecting a behavioral but was also a bit technical which I hadn’t prepared for. I really wanted to work here and I could really use the job rn. Welcoming positive vibes while I do my retrospective & cry in the corner.

How is the job market for all of the MBBs when it comes to experienced analyst-equivalent hires? I recently got referrals in for all three but wondering if I should I spend time over the holidays on case and behavioral prep even though I don’t have an interview yet. I’m a bit burned out so would love to spend the holiday time to recharge but will certainly put prep first if I need to do so. Any insight would be so tremendously appreciated!

Hiring managers: How is the interview process like at your company and how much say do you have when it comes to choosing that candidate?

I had a behavioral interview with a manager from another team and a case study with the hiring manager. They both took notes as I gave my answers but the first manager was very disinterested from the get go and was distracted as he kept looking away from the screen.

I’m wondering how much influence the first manager has since I’m not sure what he’s writing

Hello! I'm evaluating various companies that allow for web-based assessments ... potentially behavioral and skill-based ... to integrate into our interview process. Two recommended companies so far are Predictive Index and Criteria Corp. I'm curious if anyone that has used either one has any feedback about their experience, pro or con?

Has everyone ever heard of Grant Thornton’s “Strategy Associate” position? I have two interviews for this position, and I’m really excited about it. However, the interview is broken up into two parts (behavioral and case study), and I don’t have a clear understanding of what the case study could be. I’m coming from one year of audit experience. I’m not familiar with case studies. I really want to do well on this interview but without proper understanding I don’t feel I will pass the case.

Didn’t receive one single behavioral question in my first and final round MBB interview, 4 cases and that was it 🤔

Interviewed for an SC role at D GPS (5 YOE) first week of November.
Went through the 3 rounds interview (Case/Technical/Behavioral). Couple weeks later recruiter said they liked me but have no project for me yet then set me up for another technical interview with SM which went great. Wondering how much longer would I be interviewing and if this is all a good sign. TYI

Interviewing for Strategy & Ops Lead role. Recruiter shared 6 behavioral questions for me to send back written responses. Anyone know if this is normal, and how it fits into overall interview process?

I have an interview with McKinsey in two weeks as an experienced hire for a business analyst position. I am worried that I’m still very junior and don’t have too many stories to draw on for the PEI, and don’t want to resort to college-related situations entirely. Made it past the technical interview for CMAAS. I have two interviews coming up with a partner/director. I know there are case studies with FDD but I haven’t heard anything about that for the upcoming interviews so I’m curious if it’s all just going to be behavioral/technical questions.

Does anyone have experience with / interview tips for EY (GPS)'s Hirevue interview that comes after the phone screening? I've interviewed with many human beings but this is the first robot.

My recruiter said it would be behavioral questions, but the email also mentions that it "may include a game-based assessment," which I hope isn't a BS aptitude test.

I will be having a Skills Interview light case study fot change management under T&O with Accenture soon. Does anyone have clarification on this. Or been through this and have any advice how to prepare? Ive been studying and my approach is very unstructured. I cannot tell if this is an actual case like it would traditionally be or some sort of behavioral/skills interview asking me to storytell how I would approach an issue. Also does anyone have any sources To brush up help or willing to chat?
