Any Oliver Wyman partner willing to connect? I’ve been interviewing for an SC position for 6 months now - have spoken to 5 partners - Done a case, a take home and a panel presentation followed by a fit with head of practice lead. I was told that the decision was - “we find you to be a fit for SC and not associate - you will have to move to NY (Dallas was aways discussed). After confirming I’ll be ok moving(2X) - I was told there is 1 more round with talent development manager. So so confused!!!
How do interviews work when you’re an experienced associate/senior switching to another firm?
I recall out of school we have super days or case studies that we have to perform well in. Is that the case also for experienced hires coming out of another firm?
Looking specifically for info on switching from one B4 strategy shop to another/T2 firm.

Alvarez & Marsal Got a Director interview for PEPI in London with Alvarez & Marsal coming up. Any A&M Fish (past or present) want to share their views? Glassdoor isn’t very positive of current state of PEPI (culture and senior resignations) but like the idea of no C1 or other B4 constraints.
I am on the third round of interview with Sia Partners . Any concerns of potential layoffs for consulting industry? Please advise
So I completed my final interviews and was told by my I can await feedback soon. That afternoon I received an email about a prehire portal. I tried using the email address I used when I completed my original application but that didn’t work and I didn’t receive any other login details. I reached out to tech support and was connected to the Newhire team. They told me they would escalate and get back in contact with me. I’d like to know if this is a good sign that I am getting an offer to Deloitte
