Second round at a boutique shop and it’s a case interview.. anyone heard of that for a director with 11 years consulting experience already?

Damn. Midsize tech startup. Director role. 5 rounds of interviews over 2 months. All the way up to the CEO. Positive reference checks. And now......ghosted. This is literally unbelievable.
