-EY India: Consultant role in Business Consulting (x Fixed , 1L joining bonus, variable as per performance)
-PWC India: Associate role in Advisory/Management consulting- Operations ( x+50k fixed, 2L joining bonus, variable as per performance)
Primary criterion for me is learning, growth prospects, culture and secondary monetary.

Best exit options from management consulting? I’m currently a consultant at Accenture in their Strategy & Consulting practice. Debating on just switching to another consulting firm or going straight into industry and having more WLB. Any experience or advice would be helpful 😅

Has anyone seen someone in big4 M&A tax switch to a generalist consulting role at T2/MBB? Not expecting tenure to transfer. People at the ~consultant level have said it’s basically an impossible switch, so I’m looking to see if PPMDs share that sentiment.
