What is the role of a creative at an integrated agency, specifically social? Should an art/copy team handle things like Instagram Stories and reactive tweets? Or is that for a community manager?

Hi! I’ve been an on and off office PA/Production Coordinator trying to get more into an ad agency role. Any advice for switching over? I don’t have a portfolio so I can’t jump into creative yet

What are the odds of moving from an Account Management type role in the Financial industry to an Account Management role in the Ad industry? Been in finance for 2 years and have a creative background.
