Recruiters are telling me positions in London are considered a higher role in other regions. Example, an Associate here, is a Sr. Associate in N/A. Senior Manager —> A Director. True?

Experienced SM at Deloitte, interviewing at Slalom this week. What is the equivalent level for a Deloitte SM at Slalom? Any thoughts on haggling position/salary...seems to “gap” with my skill set
