I am currently in management but I have an interview next week for a non managerial position with a higher pay and the benefit of being remote; I am conflicted only because the position is a title wise demotion whereas salary wise it is much more than what I am receiving. If I take this new position, would it hurt my resume? I am unsure how this would look as people might think of it as a demotion.

What are some agencies (ideally remote) where you regularly work 9 to 5, instead of regularly late?
I’m married with kids and that’s all I really care about now - a real work life balance and being able to actually make plans and eat dinner with my family.

I interviewed with RPA who claimed 9 to 5 was their policy, but didn’t get the job. So I’m hoping there are other options out there?

After rejecting big companies like Infosys,Wipro, etc. I've joined EPAM Anywhere due to wfh permanently and it's perks. But after spending 1 and half month HR called me to search the opportunity outside of EPAM, means they're laying off people. It's unfair behaviour of the organisation. I've given some interviews they're playing interview interview with me, for the hiring process technical interview then for project - technical interview, client process - starts from 1st Round.EPAM Systems

I have a plan that after working in any city I am given an opportunity in for initial 6-7 year of my career, I would return back to my home city of Kolkata and find work there. My concern is that there are no big payers in the city and after working in cities like Bangalore, HYD by ctc could get out of their budget.

Any advice on this?

Has anybody done the same or has the same plan?

I am a fresher. I received a full time opportunity from Shipbob and a 1-year contract opportunity from Salesforce.

ShipBob is remote while for Salesforce I have to relocate to Bangalore.

CTC:
ShipBob: 7lpa
Salesforce: 10lpa

Also, I am pursuing MCA in online mode.

Salesforce is like a golden opportunity. While the Shipbob opportunity will help me to complete the Masters.

Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening. Maybe they’re happening and I just don’t have a role in that oversight but the motivation to keep going is whittling down to nothing.
