How do you create a setup where you’re not “looking away” from the camera on calls when you use your second monitor primarily for everything?

I’ve gotten feedback saying it looks like I’m not paying attention when conversing on zoom.

Looking for standing desk. Any recommendations on brand or top material? Also looking at 24inch depth vs 30inch. Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

Recommendations for a standing desk converter? Not a full standing deck because I already have a desk I like. Prefer something that can hold a laptop and two monitor. And any other home office improvement suggestions are welcomed, too!

How soon you get laptop as part of virtual onboarding process for laterals these days. Also what all things they provide in welcome kit.
