Leaving my job and have 60k in my Roth 401k. What’s best way to move it (if I even do/should I?) - it’s via fidelity which I like

My previous employer used Fidelity and I have some 401k balance. My new employer uses Vanguard, so I don’t think I can transfer the balance out, right? What can I do in this case? Thanks so much!
