Just woke up the next day, worked out, water, coffee and did no food until dinner. And got back to the healthy routine. It was a “calculated cheat” with full knowledge of the work I would have to do to get back to before the cheat
I like to call it sabotage instead of cheating
How do you bounce back after a cheat or fail? Was it devastating and did you want to give up?
