Hi fishes...
Can anyone tell me about the training given in hashedin for lateral employees.
Is it only assessments or is some sort of training also given? And what is the difficulty level?
Will the instructors help the employees....?
Any information will be useful...🙂
Thanks in advance!

‘If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all’. What you are hearing is a mix of posturing, politicking and bitching. Bitching is normal. Posturing is insecurity expressing itself. Politicking is the worst, especially when someone works to split the group into ‘us & them’. Usually it’s just one or two people channeling their inner ‘mean girl’. When I could identity those individuals, I would work hard to get them out of my group. One rotten apple can spoil the barrel. Just keep your nose clean, work hard, make sure you don’t get caught between two factions by making sure that conflicts are negotiated between the offenders or pushed to a higher level. For example, if you can’t deconflict the demands of two seniors, take it to a manager
the secret is acting like you belong even if you don’t. that way you set your own pace. leader v follower mindset if that makes sense
Yea I used to feel the same way. Time will change everything - once you’re in, be kind to those on the outside and try to soften the tone on the inside.
Unfortunately I've been here too many years to know this is true. Sadly, there is a lot of backstabbing too and even if you don't participate in these cutting tactics, its sometimes hard to not let it bother you.
This is when I don’t engage in stories and try to find something that person helped me get done and how much it helped
when the person they bitched about 2 seconds ago comes into the room. I feel like anything I say and do will be a thing and people are gonna take it the wrong way. Next thing you know, it becomes one of those stories like "you'll never believe what the new staff did/said today ..." How do you guys deal with this? I have anxiety pretty much all day at work because of this and I honestly don't know how I'm gonna survive this busy season
