Best time to hop between firms? Are there specific times Big 4 and MBB hire?

Hey guys!Been working at GES (individual income tax) for almost 3 years. However, since I'm working in a small EU country there are very few option to jump out of big4. Any ideas to capitalise my exp?

which is the higher priority, technical or business acumen - if my goal is to develop into a high-ranking Big 4 or MBB leader?

Currently at Big 4. Have offers for a PL/Principal at MBB and for a VP role at a Fortune 20 company. The VP role is more interesting and comp a bit better but I’m told would accelerate faster at MBB. The initial plan was to end up at MBB. What’s the best for future flexibility?

I think it’s over with my SO of 3 years. He tells me he loves me and wants to work things through but has lied to me several times in the past - some which were the same mistake three times. He knows he needs professional help (he’s also on antidepressants and has PTSD) but I don’t know how I can trust him again. Feeling completely broken - cannot believe the situation we’re in. I’m so sad my heart is breaking and I don’t know what to do

Any insight on culture at Red Bull of North America?

Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise. Was interested if anyone had insight into whether a jump to their M&A or PE groups would be possible.
