We have little phone rooms that I will go into for a social break. Sometimes I go for a walk to get out and be by myself. Also turn my headphones up pretty loud so I can’t hear my coworkers. If I can’t hear everyone chatting it helps keep my anxiety calm
I can relate confidence with social anxiety, have you try boosting your confidence? Getting fitness are a great way!
Meditation and supplements
I plug my headphones in and just focus on my work. I also take short breaks like 15-30 min to walk outside so that I have a little time and space to myself. I think establishing a bond with someone you feel comfortable with in the office also helps too bc they know who you are and can support you in other ways in a social environment like doing most of the interaction but also let you chime in whenever you feel comfortable
