I had to look the first up, but realize I do a lot of the stuff he does to a less strict degree(including taking absurd amounts of supplements lol) and have been healthier and changed my appearance quite a bit for the better.
There’s value in both, but you don’t need to be as strict. Diet and exercise are good. Letting the bodies natural processes work are good. Lots of natural supplements that are safe and give a lot of benefits( I tell everyone a fish oil a is something I’d recommend everyone regardless of what they’re doing with their life).
Have not tested it but I make sure I eat fish every day along with fish oil with 1300 EPA and 900 DHA.
I take a lot of supplements, eat pretty clean, don’t drink, and stay active and just got some very detailed bloodwork done for a health coach who works primarily with elite athletes and she told me I have nearly the best bloodwork she has ever seen (cholesterol, hormones, vitamins/minerals etc.)
I am 41 and a busy mom who could stand to lose 30-40 pounds. I prioritize my health but not to a point of not being able to operate in normal life.
I don’t feel amazing, but I don’t feel any worse than I did at 20 so I think that is a win.
….and a multivitamin

A, B complex, C, D, fish oil, urolithin A, NAD boosters, sometimes amino acids (anything that starts with L-), sometimes ashwagandha, berberine,K, E, sometimes glutathione, zinc, choline, sometimes brain supplements. Sometimes magnesium, calcium
