Hello everyone! I am looking for advice. I am a C&B Team lead ( about 15 years of experience) but all my experience was in Russia. Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. I am not ready for team leader's role now . So my question is about HR area, where could I find a job with my only Russian experience? HR generalist, C&B analyst, HR BP, recruiter?

My wife and I just had our second child, and we have also been dealing with her cervical cancer diagnosis. It has been a stressful year, to say the least. How do firms calculate how much parental leave to provide, either paid or unpaid. My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again. So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

Help!! My bestfriend is doing two months abroad and was trying to fly into turkey when they told her she couldn't because her passport expired within three months.

She went to the US Embassay in Athens knowing she had a month left of traveling, and gave her an emergency passport and punched holes in her exsisting one. Now no country will let her in with her emergency passport.

Can her mom get her a passport in the US and ship it to her? Is there anyway around this?
