I started my career in ministry making 25k annually (and was “higher paid” 😳) and after several moves, make around $120k annually. A few things:
your network matters, cultivate it and invest in people who may not directly be in your field.
Focus on learning new skills: titles and JD’s change, you add the most value when you have a variety of skills.
Work for people and teams who support your goals and will enable your career vs. restrict opportunities.
