She told me that she’s impressed with my qualifications and conversation with her, so I’m moving on to the next round, demo role play with the rest of the team. I would really like to nail it down, so I’m considering to enroll/hire a career coach for Pre-Sales like better.org to prepare me for the interview. Do you think it will be a good idea to do that or will just be a waste of money? Tnx!

Has anyone else worked two programming roles at one time?
I currently work as a Contracted Software Engineer and I’m set to finish my contracted time at the end of October. To stay ahead of game I started to move forward in the interview process with another opportunity as an Application Software Programmer and just received notification that I got the position. Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay?
