That is low. Dtcc is showing an accountant role for 120-150k in Tampa
Yeah can look on indeed some of the job roles have the salary range at the bottom of the job description
I would ask for no less than 135k for that role.
DTCC pays their Senior Risk Analyst at least $120k on average. So what was their final offer? I would not go less than $120k on this.
I would be ready to bring up that you've been doing some research and think the fair market compensation is higher or something. They'll likely go for it
I agree, that rate would be on the lower side for a Senior Associate role. The least you should've gone would be around 120k to 125k. Maybe you could still revisit that at your next interview and renegotiate?
