Hi I worked for a security company named Wild West security in Tucson Arizona that do event security but I would recommend not working for them they are some of the most unprofessional people I have worked for when you are on a job site don’t be surprised if they are taking very sexually and making the women around them uncomfortable and if you try and call out because you are sick they will say I don’t care get your ass to work even if you call in the day be for they love to belittle

I think non-inclusive teams aren't revenue-efficient, but also aren't morally bad. Most just want to live in their bubble and not have their lives disrupted. If people want coworkers to talk football or cricket or fashion or LGBTQ+ rights with, that's entirely their prerogative. Companies and teams aren't just money printers, but also communities. You can't expect to fit into all communities.

How do you all respond when someone you work with asks gives you unsolicited organization advice/ says something like “do you not keep a to do list?” Lol I keep like 5 and 95% of the time I am so on top of things it’s crazy! Have one bad day/ couple days amd boom… my SM is asking if I keep a list…

I work at a ‘free market’ firm and have developed a very good reputation among partners. Naturally, they are drowning me in work. Each time a new case comes up, the partner will email asking if I have “time and interest” in helping. When I’m at capacity, I take these words at face value and explain why I can’t do it, and that seems to work out ok with no hard feelings. But what’s the “interest” thing? If I don’t want to work on a toxic tort case, do I just say that and pass?
