I put my phone in a drawer and turn on some music I know I can concentrate to. Then I do a really easy task and use that to bounce into work mode
I do the same thing as the person right above. I literally reward myself for working in 30 minute blocks. I work for 30 minutes and then I take a short little brain break to reward myself. I just repeat that over and over.
