What are the requirements to promote from analyst to senior analyst? I’ve been with Deloitte for two years now and am wondering how I go about making myself promotable. I don’t have a CPA, CFE, etc. Is one of those required?

Received an offer for a Project Delivery Specialist II in GPS. Are all Project Delivery types tied to PDM? Is it possible to negotiate the track prior to onboarding? I’m on the fence after reading all of the threads suggesting to avoid. However, ideally, I’m really only looking for a year 1/2 engagement before industry or grad. This isn’t really an interview question but more of an on-boarding question.
Bit of background- I left my job of 3 years in Dec 2021 for a new company. Initially, I thought the company was great but my mind quickly changed. The on-boarding process was horrible, minimal training, thrown onto enterprise project 2 weeks in, over time, and there is no process for anything. I ended up hating my job.

Fast forward to Mid March, I started applying for jobs again but I omitted this role.

Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.
