I received an email from the HR at Monitor Deloitte that I've cleared the case round and a back to back discussion with partner and director of the team will be scheduled. Been almost 3 days since this email, haven't received asking for availability from the scheduling team. This for a role with their Lifesciences Strategy practice in the UK. How long do they typically take to schedule the final round of discussions? Do they eliminate candidates in this round?
Hey, My interview is scheduled next week with exl for the post of data analyst (python & Tableau) . I just wants to know how many rounds are in the interview process. And what kind of questions will be asked..And i already told them that I'm expecting a 100% hike which is 7 lakhs/Annum. Was that too much? Any help would be appreciated ThanksEXL Service

TBWA NY recruiter?
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Sorry that happened to you. This all sounds normal. They do not care about us. In this arena, manners do not matter.
It’s not uncommon for a recruiter to be told to continue to source candidates up until an offer is accepted. It’s a bit of a red flag if they found someone and offered them in a single day, but that sounds like their problem, not yours.
It also could have been an internal candidate, and external candidates really didn’t have much of a chance.
It's unlikely they're reaching back out to you anyways. Not to sound like a defeatist but that's usually just a "let you down easy" line they throw at you.
Keep it moving and if they do reach out just remember that the recruiter isn't necessarily the best representation of the org. Recruiters are notorious for being flakes, better off looking for red flags in the hiring team as after you're on boarded you're unlikely to ever speak with the recruiter again. Internal or not.
Its indeed a red flag. Companies who interview someone just to send out an offer the same day do not put a lot of effort into making sure they hire the best person for the job.
