Does the fund prospectus say it pays dividends or interest?
Bonds pay interest (not dividends).
It is a trust. They don’t have to pay dividends. Mutual funds are required to pay dividends, collective trusts don’t have to. They have less admin which is why more 401k are using them instead of mutual funds
They’re just a few cents a share and would likely be reinvested automatically since you can’t access those returns without tax implications. I’d rec going in and looking on your work portal. I usually see “dividends and cap gains” transactions in the detail on mine.
