“Team, I’ve been thinking about the decision I made last week on X, and after thinking about it more I think I made the wrong call.” Then say you want to discuss it and get their input. This of course assumes you’re able to reverse your call (you’re almost always able).
BOOOM!!! Straight from the good manager play book. That’s how I would do it ADMIT, REVERSE AND REENGAGE!
Really hard to say without knowing the nature of the decision. i think that you should definitely try to own up to it if it feels like something that would be helpful for them to know, but I don't think you necessarily need to share anything with them if it's mostly something that affects you. I would maybe sit on it for a little while longer before deciding (and maybe ask someone when you can describe the whole situation to them and get some feedback)
Admit your mistakes it allows others to do the same.
Just ask them.
Just what you did here is what you should do. A real leader can admit to a mistake and it can be a positive experience.
Take ownership and admit if any faults. And don't cherry pick to make it seem better. At the Sabrina you guys keep it moving and provide a party to do so.
