I took a job as a lead because than I wouldn't have to be on the phones 24/7. I have worked as a CSR since 2016 and I have so much anxiety being on the phones now because of how badly I was treated. I CAN take calls and I can handle it if necessary for escalated calls. My job has changed their expectations and now leads are being calculated into the volumes during our "off season", which is from May-Jan. I am expected to spend more time on the phone than off and that is not what I signed up for

Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on

Having a moment and wanted to make a post. I lost a special family member suddenly in April 2020. And then another July 2020. And then the most influential person in my life in February 2021. And then another big loss in April 2022. I’m still grieving. Every single day. Some days are better than others. I’ve had heightened anxiety and depression with it. My heart hurts all of the time. I had cleared my all rounds with Hexaware and had filled the CAF form , offer letter processing was pending from HR side .

I have been trying to connect to the HR from last 60 days and today I got to know that the HR has resigned from organisation. 🤦🏻
