Accepted what I thought was my dream role. It's unorganized, training is subpar and its very frustrating. Its a few months in and I'm over it. I have a side biz but due to my new role i have to put that in the back burner (at least until i learn to do this job efficiently). I’ve heard of some account service individuals who jumped from Account Executive/Account Manager to Account Supervisor (vs AE -> SAE -> AS). From research, it’s seems like an SAE requires 3-4 YOE and an AS required 4-6 YOE. However, for those who have experienced this jump in their own career, do you feel the account sup role you landed to be more “junior level” than a “normal” AS role normally is? Did your team feel adequately supported, or should they have hired a more experience AS?

a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.

Hi all! Anyone have a good closed captioning service that adds captions in Spanish with a Spanish VO? We have two videos, one in English and one in Spanish, and they both need captions. I have the scripts but don’t feel comfortable and we want to make sure it is correct. I keep being told what I have to do, but no one will show me how to do it. Be very careful how you word IEP’s without being given. The wording. I have been here 2 years as an intern. Now, with 3 weeks to go, I find out the name of the support person? I was never given training and my intern support person never met with me. Not even once! I was referred for a PM role in Accenture. Though I have 14 years of work experience, I was not considered for interview because of education gap and Distance learning Graduation. Is this fair???

Our 6th grade schedule changed this year & our 45 min Flex period is now first thing in the morning. Students who have signed up for instrumental and chorus are pulled that block but it’s supposed to be “intervention” for the others. My working hypothesis is that referral bonuses won’t be enough of an incentive in formalizing a partnership with the likes of Deloitte Digital. You all make your money on implementation but our product is pretty simple right now and easy to implement. How else can startups create relationships with you? We want referrals & for you tell clients about us.
