Hi.. I got an offer from Infosys. I have an experience of 5 years 9 months and my current CTC is 11 LPA. My designation here in pwc is Associate II. They have offered Senior Associate Consultant role with 13 LPA. I’m not sure how the hierarchy works here. Did they offer good designation or do I need to negotiate for a better role?

I was just hired as HR Generalist/department of one/first HR hire for a small start-up. First week in and I find out that previous COO is in rehab and has made some some egregious promises around comp, additional benefits to EEs, and also made some decisions that cost the company a significant amount of money. Hi! My friend works as a recruiter for a recruiting agency, and he told me the company will let recruiters “pay debt”. So each month that you don’t close any deal, you get paid for your base salary, then you are also on debt. Once you close a deal for example 3 months later, then you have to pay your salary back for those 3 months that you did not close any deal. And also the Inmail fee on LinkedIn will be deducted from the commission too. Is this normal in recruiting agencies?
