Is it just me, or does it seem that the average call for service has become more petty than, say, five years ago? I fully grasp that I am saltier than I used to be, or it could even be a regional issue in my area. People just seem to be less capable of dealing with basic adult problems, and somehow they seem to think their cluelessness is a law enforcement matter.

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...
Idk how to let go of this :/ Thoughts?

Decided to move out of state after this school year for my kids. I have a good job and a good boss. Ever since I was a student I’ve always found the accounting jokes mildly humorous, and the weird “selling” personas kind of off-putting.
