Where are you located, and what kind of problems have they been calling for? Curious to hear.
Some that come to mind are:
Door-to-door salesmen in neighborhoods. Karens call about these guys every time. It's perfectly legal unless the individual property owner has "No Trespassing" and "No Soliciting" signs on their property. A sign at the front of the neighborhood can't speak for every property owner.
HOA violations. Whether it be that someone parked on the road in front of their house (legally parked as far as the law is concerned), someone is planting an unauthorized shrub (you think I'm exaggerating, but I'm not), or a homeowner having a fence installed on their own property without getting permission of the HOA board first. These HOA's are somehow marketing themselves as little legislative organizations, and Karens are furious when we explain that HOA bylaws aren't LAWS nor can I enforce them.
Complaints of music at construction sites. Construction sites are expected to be noisy places. Whether or not Karen hears mariachi music in addition to the hammering, heavy equipment, and banging around seems trivial to me.
And the alarms! Oh God, the alarms deserve a post of their own. Everyone here seems to have one, and they go off constantly.
