It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.

Hi guys, Now VMware is offering me a 35% percent hike of what I am earning at DellEmc. I just completed one year at DellEmc. Total 2.7YOE But I don't like to go out of Dell, due to some personal commitments I am planning to switch.
Is it a good time to switch?
Can I talk with my manager ?
Are they able to hike the salary of what VMware is offering? Please suggest me.

Solid companies in the EU that hire entry level product managers from an MBA? I have a finance background in a tech start up, and I’m polishing my Python and SQL skills. Visited a few tech companies in Amsterdam (Booking.com, TomTom, etc) and I was wondering if there are any well known opportunities or programs.

I think the grass might be greener on the other side, depending on what you're looking for in terms of career growth and financial gain. Personally, I've moved around in the tech industry and I've definitely seen financial benefits from changing jobs. As a CSM, my work/life balance is good. I work hard to ensure that I'm not overworking myself and that I have enough time for myself and my family.
Really depends on what your current salary and benefits and WLB are. The grass *might* be greener, but it also might just look greener from where you're standing right now. Sometimes more pay = a more miserable lifestyle. I would make sure you talk to people who work in similar positions to yours at the companies you're looking at.
Depends on your personal situation and how much the money matters to you vs. quality of life. The only thing I can really say here is, have you asked your current company for a salary increase? If you can politely but firmly use data and marketplace salary figures to show why your value justifies higher pay, you might be able to have your cake and eat it too (stay at your current company, have a good quality of life, get higher pay).
I have friends who was work as CSMs and do maybe ~30 hours a week with full control over their schedules and do a great job. I also have friends who work very intense CS jobs that are 50-60 hour weeks without so much control over their schedule (though they are compensated well for it 150-200K). It's a mixed bag.
Asking for a raise before making any sudden moves sounds like a good idea. Factors that contribute to my work-life balance are segment of clients and stage of company. I also think expectations of you and your time tend to align with salary in these situations.
This is very personal to you. Do you need the money? Some people have goals of a job that is AMAZING at work/life balance and won't care about money so long as they are making just enough, even if they're underpaid. On the other hand, some folks are driven by money. Where are you on the spectrum?
I’m definitely not in a rush to leave at all. I don’t see a big salary increase or a big promotion being super likely, but I could see them upping pay to market value. Our company is healthy but growing slowly. I wouldn’t say my current salary is a setback at all. Money isn’t the most important thing to me, but it would be nice to feel that I’m being paid fairly. Growth potential and work-life balance definitely are above pay on my list.
