My company makes passive aggressive political statements that they assume everyone—including our clients--agrees with. Speak up or nah?

Hi friends,

I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)

People behave unpleasant

What are your thoughts on juniors who are quiet but do good work? Feeling anxiety over being a hardcore introvert and not being about to articulate thoughts verbally during meetings so instead I stay quiet and only speak when spoken to.

My coworker has been really cold toward me lately. Doesn't say hi to me in the morning and always declines my lunch invitations. Should I ask if I did something wrong or should I just see if it blows over?

Now I'm in a client location, My manager is a good person but he told me, I should report to Lead.

Lead is a psycho. He shows hell to the team members including me.
What should I do ?

A member of my team just turned in her 2wk notice. I am about to turn in mine end of this month. Am I gonna look really bad if I agree to take on her respon and then 2 weeks later turn in my notice?

Partner sends out TY email for great teamwork on a large project. Senior forwards the email to myself and other staff. People who put most amount of hours were excluded from Partner's email. Cont.

Any thoughts on how do we deal with an incompetent boss who you dont look up to and have no trust that you would ever get credit for the work you would do for him/her? Given that changing the boss is not an option.

I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.
