I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Apply for new jobs, get overdraft fee waived, make sure you tell your partner asap. Any option to live with family through the birth of the baby? You may need help with the baby
Start scouring all the "free" groups in your area for people giving away baby clothes, supplies, toys. Be willing to jump in the car to go get it fast. You have time still to accumulate what you need. Ask if anyone has the specific items you still need.
If you end up missing certain things, check resale shops/events (look for 'Just Between Friends' sale events in your area) for good deals on items in good condition.
Do any side gigs you can (Uber, doordash, etc) while trying to get a new full time job. Now is the time to GRIND to save up money, diapers and formula are NOT cheap. It'll be much more difficult once baby is here.
Call your bank up and ask if they can waive the overdraft fee
You got laid off or “furloughed”? I’d maybe not even bank on the job being there for you in August and start looking elsewhere out of caution
