I can relate. I feel there has to be a breaking point in the industry on this, no?
Its been rampant across agencies that we promote people early to avoid them quitting, we bring in people with inflated titles who can’t do the job because they quit their last agency when they didn’t get promoted, eventually there aren’t enough people competent to train new employees or manage clients, and it falls on the few who can.
The solution is actually investing time and effort of properly training people to be good at their jobs, or paying people fairly for the work they’re doing, but neither of those are easy. So I guess I’m griping with ya.

I think this happens when the people at the top are inexperienced - which means it won’t change unless they go - which won’t happen so you should go
Ask the “average tenure” at interview. We were at 18 months.
