Two things off the top of my head: 1) contact the administrator of your 401k and ask about the process of rolling it over to your next gig. 2) ask around if they pay out for unused vacation days

In addition to health insurance and 401 k, also look out for your HSA. Mine started charging a monthly fee once I left, and who wants to pay that. And if you have professional subscriptions linked to your work email, you could redirect those. (Former-GSW)

Looking for opinions on this process. Health tech company with a semi-luxury D2C service, $1k - $3k price point. Semi Brand Recognition with FB + IG marketing to generate leads in the Bay Area. Leads are redirected to our website, which is optimized for self-service and conversion. After a day, unconverted leads are assigned to outbound SDR team. They’ll get around 750 leads per month, converting at a 5% conversion rate. Is this viable? Thanks for your input! 🙏

I have recently discovered that our partner rates are extremely low. We’re a small to mid size firm in the Southeast but in a city with a thriving legal market. I’m an 8-year associate. My rate typically ranges between 190 to 220 but my partner who has 40 years of practice charges a rate of usually about $250 per hour. And these are commercial clients, not insurance companies. What is going on??

Hi All, One of my friend is working as Mechanical engg in Tata Motors with 7 yoe have 9 lakh pkg.He wants to come to IT due to tempting pkgs in IT so he did testing course and took fake exp from one consulting and got 2 offers- Infy - 12 Lakh and CTS 14 Lak by showing 3.5 yoe. So he is afraid now whether his fake exp will be caught if he changes the org in future or if client initiates bgv. He is hard working and decided to join CTS.CTS & Infy did his bgv but failed to catch his fake exp.
