I applied with EY for a Senior Manager role I had my first stage interview with a senior manager, which I thought went well as I got the partner interview 2 weeks later, and said I'll be contact within 10 day HR. This did not happen so I chased up. Today I received feedback from HR stating that the senior manager, who would have been my peer, said I didn't have enough experience. But the partner who I would have been working under did like me.
Is this normal with EY recruitment

McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company Hi there! I’m looking at applying to McKinsey, and am wondering what is the correct level to apply for. I’m a second year analyst (recently promoted to consultant but title isn’t effective until end of the month), and I’ve been with my firm for 1.5 years. Is business analyst the correct level for me, or should I be looking at associate roles? Reading the description for associate, I feel like it might be the Deloitte equivalent of SC lol

Netflix or Google, easily
But would go for any of those tbh, although I have some concerns related to Amazon
Apple/google
Apple,
Google,
LinkedIn/Microsoft,
Square,
Netflix,
Facebook,
Salesforce,
Amazon
I have friends who work for those companies and based on what I hear, Netflix would be 1 and Facebook last.
Let's caveat that one's experience can't speak for all.
I hear Netflix has great culture and pay. Friend likes what he does and the company overall. I personally do not care for Facebook. Friends at other places work there for better exit opportunities and pay.
Apple, but ended up exiting to AWS/Amazon 😒
