SWE with almost 2.5 YOE. I was laid off from my previous job at the end of July and accepted a new position for 115K, no performance or sign on bonus. Its been more than a week since there is no response from HR side/GDS team.

Does this mean that they did not consider me? Because I believe that HR asking for docs is a clear indication that I cleared my interviews.
