What can i do to learn more about experiential design. What programs should I play with to understand the technical element that comes with it?

I want to make the transition to the firm’s Litigation department because I want to practice international arbitration. Currently in Private Equity (in India), have an offer to join the PE practice of MBB in SGP. What are the exit options like? Would it help if i stayed in India PE role for a few more years and then try to move or would gaining SEA experience help get me into a PE role in SGP in a few years? My previous experience includes time at B4 audit up to senior level and then transitioned to manager in industry. Senior/manager roles are preferred.

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.
