I run. I didn’t do it from the beginning. I had done a lot of walking.
I need to do some weight lifting. I do some body weight exercises like planks.
Same. Fasted walking daily, heavy weights or HIIT circuits twice weekly. Treadmill on hills every so often. Last year September I did a LCHF marathon walk, just to prove I could, fat fueled, (bit of protein.) took 12 hrs, last Friday I walked 30.4 miles in 8 hrs and 55 mins.
I’m currently focused on fat loss and so I’m currently doing a split between cardio and body weight exercises. Consider it a GPP at the moment.
