I celebrate Christmas so I give folks Christmas gifts. I don’t think there’s an issue with giving gifts that are borne out of genuine affection or friendship regardless of whether the recipient shares your religious views.

If you know what your team members like then sure. If not, you may get a gift that’s not gonna be used.

For a company-wide holiday gift, a bonus check is appreciated by everyone. For unit-level or department-wide, individual gifts from a manager to their team is a good way to tell them they are truly appreciated and recognized.
