Started a new job at a Fortune 20 company 4 weeks ago. Just got word that my whole team is being laid off. This is the first time I’ve been through a lay off. Tips? I’m still in brutal shock...

For severances & layoffs dt are based on performance (although disputes), what does PwC say in reference letter requests asking for reason for resignation and can employee be rehired in future?
