PwC I think our (up to) $20,000 referral bonus (for getting in a senior manager/director to the global mobility services group) seems to show more a sign of desperation especially as competitors offer $3,000-$4,000 for a senior manager referral bonus. What’s the deal?
Have a certain number of that experience level been promised in the sale of the practice?
Accenture comp for a regulatory tech SM role? (HCOL, 14yrs exp including 7 at EY which I left as a 3rd year SM). Headhunter had indicated they were willing to go up to 220-230k base. Seems low, and more like a 1st year SM comp at Accenture, and 260-280k base would seem more appropriate: thoughts? Thanks folks.
