Hi! I work on the media side at a global entertainment/streaming company and looking to move to London from NYC. I haven’t had much success so figured I’d come here for advice! I’ve gotten rejected over 1) Visa and 2) Salary. Anyone here gotten visa sponsorship and have advice or companies that sponsor? Also, I’m a Manager making £80k (equivalent) in NYC client side - what would a Manager/Senior Manager make for a similar role in London?

Senior Manager salary range for Deloitte's Enabling areas with 13 YOE?

I’m anticipating a few offers over the next week or so from B4 and mid tier firms. LCOL, Senior manager in speciality tax. I’ve researched some, but I assume the data is lagging the current labor shortages. Does anyone have any insight on current offers? Base comp and signing bonus. Thanks!

Sharing for transparency…I left my strategy consulting job for a corporate strategy role at a large industrials company. At the senior manager level, I was offered 180 base and 20% bonus target. The base was comparable to what I made in consulting and bonus is probably a bit lower (but varies by year, last year my bonus in consulting was basically nothing). I’m sharing because when I was recruiting I wasn’t sure it was possible to find a role like this and I’m glad I was wrong!

Evaluating 2 offers: 1. Accenture consulting SM at 190K base plus 20K annual RSU and 2. Salesforce Senior Principal CSG at 155 Base, 15K RSU and 35% on target bonus.
ideas on WLB and growth comparisons between the two.

Any insights on external hires comp structure at Accenture, SM level - Sales Director... base range, cash bonus, rsu? etc.

3 years ago was recruited away from D to a PE portfolio company to run M&A and other strategy work. Things have gone well and company is prepping for exit. Thinking about going back to consulting after exit: what options are out there? I left D as an M and would only consider returning as “senior” SM or higher. Who else is hiring at higher levels in M&A? What does starting comp look like for SM (or equivalent) role?

Fortunate to be deciding btw 3 offers and trying to decide what offer to go with. I don’t want comp to be part of the discussion at all because I’ve made some pretty bad moves in the past purely based on going with highest comp offer.

How to clear the $200k mark? I’m currently a senior manager in product/ analytics/ growth at an old school F50. 29M, TC is about $185k ($140 base, $45 bonus/RSU). I’m on track to make director in ~2 years with ~250k TC but I’m bored and I want out to a more modern/ tech company. I’m struggling to find roles that match my current/ prospective comp… I’ve looked at sr. product roles and SM/ director analytics roles. Advice on where to look and what title? Any insights on the London Big 4 bonus range for SM (tax)?

Hi folks, need some advice choosing between offers received from Accenture, Deloitte and Wipro. Role level is similar at senior manager equivalent (similar level as my current role). Accenture and Deloitte offering 20% raise and Wipro about 30% plus they have higher bonus component so pay wise Wipro has highest offer.

Deloitte and Accenture had very long interview process and especially Deloitte which took too long. Slightly confused what will be good for me. I am into technology consulting.

I’ve been through 5+ weeks of interviews with a company that will IPO next year and they did a bait and switch on me with the offer: it was advertised as “Head of” and then during the offer-walk-through-meeting today they said “oh btw we changed the title to ‘Senior Manager’ for this role”. They offered me a salary I made 4 years ago as a manager. They offered stock options with an exercise price TBD 1 year from now…which is when they’re hitting IPO. Is that normal for stock options?
