I am prior military and went to law school. I had a family to take care of while I was a student, hence I went as fast as possible to get to a paycheck, graduating in 2 years, and bypassing the standard summer clerkships. How could I get some experience strictly remote? I am w-2 working as an accountant in healthcare, have passed the bar and am working on my CPA license (studying starts at 3 am, then work FT). I would like to eventually hang a shingle as a tax lawyer, but need experience. TIA!

I’ve been at my company, a small REPE, for around 15 months now. I generally like my boss and job, but I do not like the office culture, i am underpaid, I have no flexibility to WFH and it is just a very old-school mentality workplace and I’ve realized is no longer for me. I’ve begun interviewing around and am pretty set on taking a new role in the next few months. Should I feel bad leaving after such a short time? The company really relies on me and it would be a big blow to them.

I have been living and job hunting in Barcelona for last 4 years. Being a HR Professional I started with looking for HR related job, then went on to include project management, then Administration to data entry jobs as well. 30lpa fixed with 5lpa variable with wfo in Mumbai goregaon East (rent itself is 30k) or go with 28lpa fixed with permanent wfh

Also, wfo is a really good bank, and wfh is one of the India's biggest logistics company. Will a stint of finance in my career give me good exit options?

A.Publisic Sapient (wfh -24 package)
B.T systems (wfo- 26 LPA)
C.Barclays (wfo -27 includes 5lpa variable)
D.JPMorgan (Banglore location, may get an offer)


B and C for Pune location

I think Sapient has budget limitations that won't go beyond avg package.
Others may increase their offer till 30lpa

What would you prefer in my place and why?
